Batton Clayworks
We try hard to keep our prices fair to you, the customer. We base our prices strictly on cost of packaging materials and rates by carriers. We carefully wrap every piece in bubble wrap and suspended in foam peanuts and/or newspaper and use sturdy, corrugated boxes.

We generally ship UPS and occasionally USPS for smaller items or to P.O. Boxes. Every shipment is insured with delivery confirmation through the carrier of our choosing.

For IN-STOCK items, we will ship within 3-5 business days upon receiving an order.
For OUT-OF-STOCK items, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.
We will do our best to inform you of this once we receive your order.

If you do have a problem with your purchase, please contact us within 3-5 business days of recieving your order and we will be happy to accomidate you.

If you receive your pottery broken, please take a photo and contact the carrier. We insure every item. Please contact us with any questions you may have.
