We try hard to keep shipping costs fair to you, the customer. Our prices are strictly based on packaging materials and rates.
Each item is carefully bubble wrapped and suspended in foam peanuts and/or newspaper in a sturdy, corrugated box.
We generally ship UPS and occasionally USPS for smaller items or to P.O. Boxes. Every shipment is insured with delivery confirmation through the carrier of our choosing.
For IN-STOCK items, we will ship within 3-5 business days upon receiving an order.
For OUT-OF-STOCK items, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.
We will do our best to inform you of this once we receive your order.
If you do have a problem with your purchase, please contact us within 3-5 business days of recieving your order and we will be happy to accommodate you.
If you receive your pottery broken, please take a photo and contact the carrier.
